My Rainy Days (Tenshi No Koi)

It must really suck to be a beautiful Japanese schoolgirl.

Just ask Rio. This seventeen year-old high school student played by Nozomi Sasaki (you would not believe how big in Japan she is after her role in Straight Forward Man). Rio enjoys her life because she's always the center of attention due to her breathtaking beauty. But there's a darker side to the narcisism, the reason Rio has never cared about anyone but herself, due to a traumatic past she keeps hidden.

To her, friends and boyfriends exist only so she can use them for her gains. As in capital gains. Rio is only interested in money, until the day she meets 35 year-old college professor Kouki (Shosuke Tanihara) and falls in love for the first time.

Confused by her emotional change and alien feelings, this emotional cripple decides to expresses her love to Kouki honestly. Although Kouki becomes interested in Rio there is a reason he can't pursue the relationship... to find out why, you'll have to catch this delightfully charming film yourself...   just be sure to get the version with English subtitles. Here is the trailer, with Chinese subtitles.
