Fans have been eagerly awaiting the release of the first film of the Twilight series, written by Stephanie Meyer. With over 30 weeks at #1 on the New York Times Bestsellers list, Twilight (check out the Two-Disc Special Edition) has won dozens of awards and been described as the biggest phenomenon since Harry Potter. Directed by Catherine Hardwicke, this modern day Romeo and Juliet-style tale is about a girl (Kristen Stewart) who falls in love with a vampire (Robert Pattinson). The two enjoy a passionate albeit unorthodox romance until his enemies come looking for him.
